All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes only where stated. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. A confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until the order is dispatched.

5. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders

If you choose a subscription or recurring "Subscribe & Save" option at checkout, you authorize Nimbleway to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval and price disclosed at the time of purchase, until you cancel. You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting us at the email listed in our Contact section. Any charges already processed prior to cancellation are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
